Our Story
什么是中国人喜欢喝的咖啡？
这曾一直是困扰功夫咖的难题，
加奶、加糖、加果…
我们做过无数次新品研发和尝试，
终于在中国流行千年的传统饮品——茶中找到灵感。
咖啡豆是咖啡树的种子，
茶叶是茶树的种子，
一个烘焙磨粉萃取，一个采摘浸泡出汤；
一个迅猛提神，一个绵长宁静。
一阴一阳，一柔一刚，
像极了东西方文明的精神内核。
两大过去势如水火的饮品，
如今要在一个杯子里共处，
考验的就是研发团队的平衡力。
在无数次失败后，
我们找到茶和咖的最佳平衡点，
做出了一杯符合中国人口味的咖啡。
5000年来，从宫廷到民间，再到大航海时代的饮茶之风，茶一直是独属于中华民族基因和味觉记忆的提神饮品。这片看似平常却陪伴华夏民族5000年的树叶，却是我们刻在基因里的味觉记忆。
